  • The membership is $10 per month.

  • There are no minimum orders.

    Every once in a while, we might run a special promotion that requires a minimum order, and that will be clearly displayed in the offer.

  • Yes. The only difference is that you must shop and check out through your membership account online.

    For example, if you’re getting your hair done and want to shop for your products while you’re here, just check out online, and we’ll have them ready for you when your hair is done.

  • Absolutely. If you no longer find value in this membership, you are free to cancel at any time. Please note that your access to the membership areas and any subscriptions that you’ve initiated are canceled immediately.

    Our advice is to cancel as close to the end of your billing cycle as you can.

  • You’re not stuck with a product you don’t like. Just let us know within 14 days of purchase.

    • If you never opened or used a product, you’ll get a full refund.

    • If you used it (less than 1/4 gone), but didn’t like it, you’ll get online store credit in the form of a gift card.

    Subscriptions and refills are different. Check out our full terms of service for details.

  • Afterpay won’t let us use it if we’re not shipping items.

    We have a workaround, though. Choose “ship”, but use the code “PICKUP” to remove the shipping fee.

    That way, we both know you’re picking it up, but you still get to use Afterpay.
