1. Introduction: This agreement governs your use of the online membership service offered by THE BEAUTY FACTORY, LLC. By using the service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

2. Membership Benefits: As a member, you will have access to exclusive products and services that are not available to non-members. You will receive exclusive pricing on all products purchased through the online membership service, with 20% off retail prices. Subscription products are available at 25% off retail prices, and product refills are available at 25% off retail prices. Please note that these pricing benefits apply to online purchases only and members do not receive the same prices in-store. Product refills are for pick-up only.

   1. Subscriptions

      1. Subscriptions are not available for liters or refills.

      2. Abuse of subscription pricing will result in the cancellation of your membership. (An example of abuse is repeatedly starting a membership to receive subscription pricing, then canceling the subscription.)

      3. Afterpay is not an option for subscription items.

      4. Subscription items are checked out individually.

3. Pick-up and Shipping Options: Members can choose to pick up their orders in-store or have them shipped. Online pick-up orders will be fulfilled within two hours during regular business hours. Pick-up orders placed outside of regular business hours will be prepared during the next regular business day. Any subscription orders will be prepared automatically and must be picked up within a week of fulfillment. If an order is not picked up after 30 days it will be restocked without a refund. 4. Using Afterpay: Afterpay is self-limiting to shipped items only. If you would like to use Afterpay for Pick-Up items, use the code PICKUP to remove the shipping cost. THE BEAUTY FACTORY, LLC will treat the order as a regular Pick-Up order.

5. Returns: Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Opened (with less than 1/4 of the product missing) products may be returned within 14 days for online store credit in the form of a gift card redeemable in the online store only. All subscription products and product refills are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Reselling Prohibited: Members are not allowed to resell the items received through the online membership service.

7. Household Use Only: The online membership service is intended for use by members within their own household only and members are not allowed to subscribe to products for anyone outside of their household.

8. Termination: You may cancel your membership at any time. THE BEAUTY FACTORY, LLC reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason at any time without a refund of membership fees.

9. Changes to Agreement: THE BEAUTY FACTORY, LLC reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time.

10. Disclaimer: THE BEAUTY FACTORY, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the operation of the membership service or the information, content, materials or products included in the membership service.

11. Limitation of Liability: THE BEAUTY FACTORY, LLC shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the membership service and/or products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

12. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri.

13. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between THE BEAUTY FACTORY, LLC and you with respect to the use of the membership service and products.
