No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations

We serve only one client at a time, and we protect that time because our clients deserve it. When we have a client who cancels last-minute or just doesn’t show up for their spot, it’s really disappointing. It’s always too late for us to fill it with someone else, and it feels unbalanced. We know that people make mistakes so we have a three strikes rule to cover normal stuff. We know that life happens… We just exert some control over how often it makes “life” happen to us.

The Domino Effect of a Late Client

The domino effect of a client who arrives too late, is a real thing. And it’s something that we take responsibility for. We promise our clients that we won’t run late for them and they count on us. They know that they can book a hair appointment and book something important right after it and they’ll be on time. We protect our clients with a late arrival policy.
