You are 100% in control of your appointments. You can privately compare our schedules with your own any time you want.

How To Log Into Your Square Account

  1. After you read through the instructions, click your stylist’s name below.

  1. Look in the upper right corner and click “sign in.” If you see “menu,” you are already signed in. Skip to “How To Manage Your Appointments”.

  2. Enter your cell phone number to receive a one-time-use sign-in code.

  3. Enter the code.

  4. You are signed in.

How To Manage Your Appointments

  1. Look in the upper right corner and click “menu.”

  2. Select “My appointments”

  3. Scroll to the appointment you want to manage and click on it.

    • IMPORTANT NOTE: (If you’re canceling within 24 hours of your appointment, you won’t be able to do it yourself. You’ll have to let us know, and we’ll do it for you. Click here to let us know.)

  4. Select what you want to do with the appointment.

  5. If you want to reschedule, select “reschedule” (You won’t lose that spot, I promise.) it will show you every possible reschedule spot for the next 90 days.

  6. If you don’t see anything that works, then exit out. Nothing was changed.

  7. Any time you actually book, cancel, or reschedule an appointment, you will receive a text and an email. Your entire appointment history is there for you to track.
