Reschedule and Cancel
  • We know that you would rather not do this to your stylist, but life happens.

    Don’t stress.

    Our system won’t let you cancel within 24-hours, so you have to do it on her webpage.

    Enter your name, check the acknowledgment, and tap “Let Her Know.”

    You’ll be taken to a screen to rebook and your stylist will get the notification.

    That’s it!

  • Check your text history from us. You’ll get a confirmation any time you take any action with your appointment.

    If you don’t have a text confirmation, it’s possible you didn’t complete the appointment request. It’s also possible that you entered a different phone number than usual. You can send us an email to have us check for you.
