    We take the time to understand what you want—your style, your goals. Does what you’re dreaming of align with what one of our stylists does best? Then we look at the practical stuff. Is your schedule a fit? Can we make it work? And finally, we make sure you’ll love our vibe—because that connection? It matters.

  • Because you deserve more than a rushed experience. We want to fully understand your hair goals, lifestyle, and preferences so that your stylist can craft the perfect plan for you. This first appointment is all about listening, asking the right questions, and making sure you feel confident moving forward. By taking this time upfront, we’re setting you up for a better result—one that’s thoughtful, personalized, and designed to make you feel amazing from the start.

  • Expect to be heard. This is your time to share what you love about your hair, what frustrates you, and what you want to achieve. Our stylists listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help guide you toward a style and plan that feels just right for you.

  • If the perfect stylist for you isn’t available right now, we’ll be upfront about it. This isn’t about rejection; it’s about making sure your experience is everything it should be. It’s all about aligning your goals with a stylist who can truly help you achieve them. If things shift or your needs change, you’re always welcome to check back, and we’ll be ready to help when the time is right.

  • We see this as a collaboration. We listen carefully to your needs, consider your preferences, and recommend the stylist who’s the best fit for you. It’s not random—it’s thoughtful and intentional. If you have a specific stylist in mind, even if you weren’t matched with them, you can absolutely request them. Just keep in mind, if they weren’t a match in the quiz, it means they aren’t currently taking new clients based on your specific criteria.

  • Our pricing reflects the experience, expertise, and artistry of our stylists. We’re transparent about costs, and during your consultation, we’ll give you a clear idea of what to expect based on the services you need.

  • From haircuts and color to extensions and specialty treatments, we offer a full range of services to meet your needs. Our stylists each specialize in different areas, so whether you're looking for a total transformation or just a subtle refresh, we’ve got you covered. However, we don’t offer services that use harsh chemicals. Keeping the air in our salon clean is a priority, so perms, relaxers, and ammonia-based colors aren’t part of our offerings.

  • We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect our stylists' time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered “last-minute cancellations,” and we allow up to five of these. No-shows are limited to three, and if you miss your first appointment, we won’t be able to book you again. We do not charge you if you stand us up—we understand that life happens. But we do limit how often it makes “life” happen to us.

  • Life happens, and we get that! If you need to reschedule, just go online and do it. You don’t need permission or an explanation. Give us at least 48 hours in advance so that someone else can see it in time to take advantage of it.

  • We’re open Tuesday through Saturday with a set schedule:

    • Tuesday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

    • Wednesday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

    • Thursday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

    • Friday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

    • Saturday: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

  • We don’t take walk-ins because we’re all about making sure each client has the time and attention they deserve. By booking appointments ahead of time, we ensure that every visit feels personal and unrushed.

  • Bring your ideas, your inspiration, and any photos of styles you love. Ideally, we like to see three photos of different models whose hair type is similar to yours. This helps us get a clear picture of your vision so we can bring it to life.

  • Make sure you know where we’re located, so you can arrive without any stress. Aim to arrive about 3 minutes before your scheduled time, and we’ll be ready for you! No need to do anything special—just come as you are. Bring yourself, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Your happiness is everything to us. If for any reason you feel like your match isn’t quite right, there’s absolutely no pressure or expectation to book. We’re here to make sure you feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.

  • Hair extensions are an art form, and we take them seriously. After your consultation, we’ll schedule a separate appointment for the installation. The process varies depending on the type of extensions, but we’ll walk you through every step so you feel comfortable and excited about the transformation.

  • Because our services are personalized and tailored to each client, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you leave happy and will work with you to address any concerns you have after your appointment.

  • Absolutely! You can book your consultation through the link we’ll send you. Once matched with a stylist, future appointments can also be managed online for your convenience.

  • We believe in open communication. If something didn’t meet your expectations, we want to hear about it. Reach out to us directly, and we’ll do everything we can to address your concerns.

  • Yes! We carry a range of professional products that our stylists love and trust. We also offer eco-friendly refill options for select products to help reduce waste.
