The consultation is the most powerful tool that we have to make sure everyone reaches their goals. As a salon, we want you love us. As a stylist, we want you to love spending time with us and love your hair when you leave. As a client, you want those same things. A lot goes into making that possible. We use three checkpoints to ensure you’re matched with the right stylist:
Do you want the looks that the stylist creates?
Do you have compatible schedules?
Do we think we can make you happy?
If the answer to all three is “yes”, then it’s a match!

Then you can skip the "Get Matched" quiz. It's helpful if you're not sure, but you can go straight to the stylist's page and request a consultation from there.

This is a tough one to answer because there are several things we need to know first. It's why the consultation is helpful.
I will say that our pricing is transparent: you see exactly how much the service will be when you book it. And we don't change it on you when you go to pay.
Here are the things we look at in the consultation:
Where your hair is now.
Where you want it to be.
How quickly you want it to happen.
Which stylist you are booking with.

No. Our stylist's schedules are already set for their work days. Once you have the consultation and you both agree that you'll be a good team for your goals, you can book for any time that works for you.

You can check back any time because things periodically change on our end.
You can also check back when something changes on your end.

Does the stylist have the availability on her schedule that I need?
Will this salon be able to make me happy?
