Hair Extensions
Everything you need to know.
There’s no way around this fact: Hair extensions are life-changing.
If you were born with hair that won’t grow thick and long…
if you don’t want to wait years for your hair to grow out…
if hormonal changes are keeping you from having the hair you used to have…
Hair extensions are the answer.
-
We use sewn-in extensions exclusively here.
We know there are many other types of extensions, and we chose this type because we see the best results from them. They have minimal damage, we can easily create customized looks for our clients, and they hold up well when properly cared for.
-
When we're customizing our extensions for each client, we look at the following:
head shape
natural hair: color, length, texture, and density.
body shape: torso length
Our goal is for a seamless, virtually undetectable blend.
-
Once your hair is installed, you'll need to come in every 7-9 weeks to get them moved up. The exact schedule will depend on:
how quickly your hair grows
how well you take care of them at home.
Your stylist will help you time your hair color appointments with your extensions maintenance schedule if necessary.
-
Hair extensions are an absolute game-changer, and they are an investment in your overall look.
The hair itself is the most expensive part, and it can last up to 9 months depending on how well you take care of it. The price of the hair varies depending on your goal. What does not vary is the price to install and move up, so your visits to the salon will be predictable.
If you take a look at the variables that we consider when customizing your extensions for you, you'll see all the things that affect cost of the hair. There are 2,160 possible combinations of these variables, which demonstrates why there can't be one flat price for hair extensions, as each person’s unique combination affects the cost.
Example Client 1:
Five feet tall with fine, thin hair that falls around her shoulders. She wants hair down to her waist.
Estimated total for hair and installation: 1013.94
Example Client 2:
5'6" tall with medium density hair that's cut into a blunt lob that rests around her collar bone. She wants hair down to her waist.
Estimated total for hair an installation: 2069.88
Example Client 3:
5'4" tall with medium density hair that is past her shoulders with long, soft layers. She wants it down past her bra strap.
Estimated total for hair and installation: 1109.93
You can see how the variables mixed with the goal can create completely different prices.
During your consultation, your stylist will give you an estimated total based on your personal variables and goals.

We charge a fee of 35 dollars for the consultation because we only want serious inquires. The 35 comes off the cost off the cost of hair and installation, so you're not out any money if you're serious.
Once your deposit is paid, you can book your install for a minimum of 10 business days later. This allows us enough time to order anything we need to order to create your look. Your stylist will let you know if that's any different for you, personally.
The cost estimate that your stylist gives you in the consultation is a range and it's an estimate. Once we get in there and start installing the extensions, we might find that we need more wefts than we initially thought. If that's the case, your stylist will communicate that with you. We believe in transparent pricing. Our goal is for your hair to look awesome.
We source the best quality of hair extensions and educate you on how to care for them. After that, it's up to you. You are responsible for your home care. The success of your experience having extensions, and the lifespan of your extensions is dependent on you.
