Bentonite Clay Capsules
Rid The Body Of Toxins With Bentonite Clay
Bentonite clay is made of volcanic ash that has decomposed in sea water. It’s rich in minerals like magnesium, silica, calcium, potassium, sodium, copper, and iron. It also has a negative electric charge, making it bind perfectly with the positively charged molecules in most toxins. This clay adds good things to your body and it helps remove the bad things. I use this in my face masks and I add it to water when I want to detox.
Today I’m feeling like I may have a touch of food poisoning, so I know I need to take some. The only thing is, when I mix it with water, it doesn’t mix well and I end up with a chunky drink, which is not my favorite. I make my own herbal gel caps for other things, so I decided to put my bentonite clay in them, too.
Some of the benefits, and my personal reasons, of taking bentonite clay internally include hair growth (from the silica), better sleep (from the magnesium), and faster recovery after working out (from the minerals).
But, the range of benefits are much broader than that. Topically, it can help with certain skin conditions like poison ivy, insect bites, or anything else that needs the poison removed. I mix it with apple cider vinegar to make a face mask. It draws all the impurities out leaves my skin tightened and glowing. I also make a tooth-whitening powder with it because it removes mouth bacteria and the minerals are good for your teeth.
I got my bentonite clay and them empty gel caps at my local health food store. I took some bentonite clay before I started writing this article and I already feel better.
